Overview

This section will guide you through the various options available under Profile Settings in InterFunnels. Each tab within Profile Settings provides critical customization and management tools, ensuring that your account and integrations function seamlessly. This guide will explain how to configure Personal Details, Security Settings, API Keys, Company Information, Integrations, Domains, and Affiliate settings.

Click on profile Icon then select settings

1. Personal Details

The Personal Details tab allows you to update your basic account information.

• Fields to Fill:

  • Username: This field is pre-filled and cannot be changed.

  • First Name & Last Name: Enter your name for account identification.

  • Email: Update your primary email address.

  • Address: Enter your physical address.

  • Phone Numbers: Provide both home and work phone numbers.

  • Time Zone: Select your local time zone for accurate scheduling and notifications.

     

    Fill in the desired fields and click the Update button.

2. Security Settings

The Security tab lets you manage your account password to ensure the security of your data.

• Steps to Update Password:

  • Enter your Old Password.

  • Type your New Password and confirm it in the next field.

  • Click the Update button to save changes.

Tip: Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols for enhanced security.

3. Company Information

This tab is designed for business users who want to include their company details.

• Fields to Fill:

  • Company Website: Enter your company’s URL.

  • Company Name: Provide the official name of your company.

Click the Update button after entering the details.

4. API Keys

The API section provides access to your unique API Key, essential for integrating third-party tools.

• Key Actions:

  • View API Key: Your current API key is displayed in this tab.

  • Roll Key: If you suspect unauthorized access, click the Roll Key button to generate a new API key.

Note: Update your integrations with the new API key immediately after rolling it.

5. Integrations

This section helps you connect your InterFunnels account with external tools and services.

• Courier Integration:

  • Enter details such as your Courier’s API Key, Password, Shipper Name, Phone, and Address.

  • Select the Shipper City from the dropdown menu.

Click Save Leopard Settings to complete the integration.

Ensure all credentials are accurate to avoid errors in communication with the courier service.

6. Domains

Manage your custom domains directly from this tab.

• Key Actions:

  • Click Add Domain to register a new domain with your InterFunnels account.

  • Use the search bar to find existing domains quickly.

7. Affiliate Settings

Enable and manage your Affiliate Program through this tab.

• Steps to Enable:

  • Toggle the Enable Affiliate switch to ON.

  • Enter your Affiliate ID in the provided field.

  • Click the Update button to activate the settings.

• Signup Link: Click on the provided link to register for the InterFunnels Affiliate Program if you haven’t already.

Cancel Account

If you need to deactivate your account, the Cancel Account button is available at the bottom of the menu. Proceed with caution as this action may permanently delete your data.
