Introduction to Orders Manager
The Orders Manager is a powerful tool that enables you to monitor, manage, and take action on all your sales transactions effortlessly. With features for searching, filtering, editing, and exporting, it simplifies the process of handling customer orders, ensuring efficient management and tracking of your sales pipeline.
Navigating the Orders Page
The Orders Page provides an overview of all orders, complete with essential details like:
- Order ID
- Client Name
- Status (e.g., Pending, Completed)
- Product Name
- Date
Key Features:
- Search Bar: Quickly find orders by entering the order ID, client name, email, or product name.
- Filters: Use the dropdown to show orders for specific time frames or statuses.
- Export Orders: Download your orders in a convenient format for offline analysis.
- Bulk Actions: Apply bulk actions like deleting or rebilling to multiple orders at once.
- WhatsApp Integration: Use the integrated WhatsApp button to communicate directly with the customer for updates or clarifications.
Order Options
By clicking the three lines highlighted above you are given the following order options :
- Rebill: Quickly regenerate a repeat invoice for a specific order. The feature allows you to recharge customer manually in case of Credit Card payment.
- Edit Order : Explained in detail below
- Delete: Remove erroneous or duplicate orders.
Editing and Managing Orders
By clicking on the Edit button next to an order, you can access the Order Details page. Here’s what you can do:
Customer Information
Update customer details such as:
- Username (only applicable in Membership funnel )
- Password (only applicable in Membership funnel )
- Name
- Location
- Contact
- Lead Source
Custom Fields
Capture additional custom data related to the order. Interfunnels offer upto 10 custom fields.
Order Summary
Review all the items in the order, their prices, and the total amount.
You can also change the package of the customer manually by clicking the highlighted edit button.
Settings
Modify order-specific settings such as description,tags and or order status.
Notes
Add internal notes if requried for your team to provide better understanding regarding this order.
Tips for Effective Order Management
- Regularly update customer information to ensure accurate communication.
- Use the Export Orders feature to back up your sales data.
- Apply filters to manage high-priority or pending orders efficiently.
