How To Setup Interfunnels Autoresponder
Setting up an Interfunnels Autoresponder allows you to automate your email follow-ups, ensuring that your subscribers receive timely and relevant communication. Follow the steps below to configure the AutoResponder feature effectively.
Step 1: Navigate to the Follow-Up Section
- Log in to InterFunnels.
- From the top navigation bar, go to the Email menu and select Follow-Up.
- Click on Add New Follow-Up located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Select a Follow-Up Template
- You will be presented with various templates, such as:
- Blank: A fully customizable blank email.
- Plain Text: Simple text-based emails.
- Pre-Designed Templates: Templates designed for specific purposes like e-commerce, special offers, or transactional emails.
- Select a template that fits your email campaign needs.
Step 3: Configure Follow-Up Details
- Provide the Follow-Up Title: Enter a descriptive title (e.g., "Day 1").
- Select List: Choose the email list to which this follow-up will be sent.
- Send to Existing Subscribers: Toggle the option to “Yes” if you want the follow-up to be sent to subscribers who are already on the list.
- Set Timing: Specify:
- The day the email should be sent (e.g., Day 1 after signup).
- The time (e.g., "Same time as signup time").
- Delivery Days: Choose the days of the week the email should be sent (e.g., Monday to Sunday).
- Email Content:
- Use Replacement Markers to personalize the email with subscriber-specific details like [Name], [Email], etc.
- Add the Subject Line for your email.
Step 4: Save and Enable the Follow-Up
- Once all details are filled, click Save to save your follow-up.
- Make sure the follow-up email is toggled ON from the main Follow-Up dashboard.
Step 5: Verify the Follow-Up
- In the Follow-Up dashboard, check the status of the newly added follow-up.
- You can monitor metrics like:
- Delivered: Number of emails sent.
- Open Rate: Percentage of subscribers who opened the email.
- Click Rate: Percentage of subscribers who clicked on links within the email.
Step 6: Configure AutoResponder Settings
- Navigate to Settings > Autoresponder.
- Enable AutoResponder by toggling it to Yes.
- Select the AutoResponder service:
- InterFunnels Email AutoResponder.
- Save the settings.
Additional Configurations
- Visitor Behavior Triggers: Set triggers for when visitors interact with your funnel:
- When a visitor submits a form.
- When a visitor enters a specific page.
- When an order is completed.
- Add or remove visitors from specific lists based on these triggers.
